WebResource offers a comprehensive software support program for clients who use our in.Fuzion content management system (CMS).
It covers access to all new versions and patches to in.Fuzion that are officially released to production during the term of the subscription (the coverage period for a support subscription is provided in increments of one (1) calendar year).
Does annual software support include technical support?
- Annual support includes priority email support. This level of support allows you to email our support team with your questions and support issues.
- For guaranteed response times of less than a standard working day and custom module support options (including 24x7 support), you have the option of purchasing a Dedicated Support Package.
How much does annual software support cost?
The cost of purchasing (or renewing) a standard in.Fuzion support subscription is dependant on the current licensing configuration (single, multi-site or complex application) and the current schedule for support.
What if I don’t purchase (or renew) my software support subscription?
Organisations that do not have a current support subscription will need to:
- purchase future licenses of in.Fuzion at the full retail price for any new functionality they may require, and
- pay for any future support services in accordance with published rates (note a minimum two hour charge is applicable).
